Refund Policy
In the event you cannot attend the MWV School to Career camp you may be entitled to a refund. You will receive a full refund as long as you provide written notice (letter or email) no less than 30 days prior to the start of the camps. If you notify us less than 30 days from the start of the camps you will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 14 days from the camp start date.
Description
Welcome to the metal shop! Campers will develop hands-on metalworking skills while building a custom sheet metal toolbox and wrought iron blacksmith roses. With a focus on safety, they’ll explore MIG welding, oxy-acetylene torch use, and essential shop tools like the box & pan brake and pneumatic riveter— foundational skills for careers in welding, metal fabrication, and skilled trades.

July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025. This camp generally takes place from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, but the time may vary due to field trips and other variables.

This camp costs $200. Need-based scholarships (based on school reduced or free lunch status) are available during registration.
